We work with independent research agencies to gather your feedback and use it to improve our services. Your personal data is never used for commercial offers or mailings unless you’ve explicitly agreed.

After your flight or contact with our Customer Contact Centre, you may be invited to take part in one of our surveys:

  • Satisfaction and Service Conformity surveys (by Kantar and Qualtrics)
  • Contact Centre Evaluations (by BVA and MediaTech)

We also join broader studies by third parties such as IATA and Schiphol. Additionally, we run ad hoc studies with agencies like Beautiful Lives, CSpace, Miles Research, and more.
